It's fun to skydive anywhere, but when you combine the raw
thrill of skydiving with the scenic beauty of the Gulf of Mexico's Bays,
Rivers, and Barrier Islands, your fun is only compounded. Seminole Skydiving,
Inc. organizes tandem jumps 30 miles south of Tallahassee at Wakulla County
Airport (the Drop Zone) along the Gulf of Mexico's pristine coastline.
During freefall and while floating under the parachute, one can enjoy the
breathtaking view, not only of the Gulf of Mexico, but the numerous Bays,
Rivers, and Barrier Islands that are abundant in this area. Skydivers have
been skydiving over this area for over 20 years. With Tallahassee visible in
the distance, one can admire St. George Island, Dog Island, Alligator Point
Beaches, Bald Point Beaches, Mashes Sands Beaches, Ochlocknee Bay's Beaches,
and everything else the Gulf of Mexico's coastline offers. Many have rated
this area to one of the finest scenic treasures in the Southeastern United
States. What better way to experience this than by making a tandem skydive
with an experienced instructor from over two miles high to be followed by a
quiet, serene parachute ride to a nice, soft landing!!
Our 6000 square foot airconditioned/heated facility and
world-renowned scenic area enhances the first-time skydiver's comfort, fun
