Because we spent approximately two years planning to build our house, we had plenty of time to talk to other builders, visit completed and in progress projects, and gather references. We were tremendously impressed with the quality of construction and attention to detail in each of your houses, as well as, the satisfaction expressed by each of your clients. In addition, we spoke to contractors at your job sites, all of whom stated that you demanded top quality work, but were also one of the best builders to work for. As you know, this is our second experience building a house. We know that no construction project goes off without a hitch, However, it was apparent to us that your careful planning, scheduling and management of our project assured that problems were infrequent and minor. When problems did occur, you handled them quickly and professionally. Having said all this, the thing that impressed us the most during construction was your responsiveness and attention to communication. You kept us regularly informed of the progress of our house. You answered your phone calls and/or promptly returned calls you were unable to take. When necessary or at our request, you promptly made arrangements to meet us at the site. We always felt like we were your only client, even though we know you had several other projects in progress at the time. Our relationship with you did not end when you handed over the keys. You quickly scheduled contractors to address the items on the punch list and then you came by the house to make sure the work had been completed properly. In addition, you told us to call you after the interior woodwork had settled and dried, so you could have a painter come by to caulk and paint the gaps. We waited until February of this year, approximately one year after we moved in, to call. The work was scheduled and completed within a week of our call. Everyone who visits our home comments on the detail and quality of the construction and several have said that our builder must take great pride in his work, because it shows. We couldn't agree more.
