Detention Projects - Desoto This project provided a new 130-bed facility for the Department of Juvenile Justice. Building features incorporated separate dining, recreation, and classroom functions, in a multiple occupant environment. High-tech communications and security systems provided this facility with a unique level of functional independence; the project also incorporated extensive construction of utility infrastructure.
