Detention Projects - Greenville Multipurpose The Multipurpose Facility was constructed in Madison County, Florida with a three phase delivery effort. The first phase provided the core facility with the steel structure fast-tracked at design development to accommodate an aggressive design and construction sequence. Phase Two included a build-out of the west wing, with the last phase incorporating a full service kitchen/dining hall while the building was occupied. An aggressive value engineering effort by the Allstate Team during design development insured the project stayed on-budget through the design and construction process.
