Detention Projects - Liberty 100 Bed This project provided for the renovation of an existing facility for use as a 100-bed detention center. The scheme included dormitory rooms for multiple occupants with shared restroom facilities. A state of the art building security system was value engineered by the Allstate team to accommodate an extremely tight budget. In addition, preconstruction and construction efforts included refurbishment of a full service kitchen, fire service upgrades, life safety systems, and ADA improvements.
