Government Projects - Bradford County Library Allstate is currently mobilizing on this project which involves the sitework and new construction of a new library for Bradford County. The Project consists of the new construction of a 20,000 square foot public library facility. The scope of work includes site demolition work, earthwork fill, storm water system improvements, asphalt parking lot, and utility construction tie-ins to service the facility. The building design elements include slab on grade, masonry loading bearing and steel frame structure, split face block exterior, aluminum windows, and standing seam metal roofing.
