K-12 Projects - Greenville Elementary Greenville Elementary School included a complete renovation of five school buildings, including an indoor sports arena, and a library media center, totaling 32,989 s.f. The project involved phased, retrofitting of an existing middle school facility with a standing seam metal roof-soffit system, replacing interior walls including interior finishes, electrical and mechanical infrastructure and building systems, brick exterior, and site retention structures with parking improvements. The Allstate Team met structural, value engineering and scheduling challenges in completing this project, while assuring that the facility continued normal operations.
