K-12 Projects - Sergeant Paul Smith Middle School Sergeant Paul Smith (aka Middle School "RR") is a prototype construction which will double as an emergency shelter. Space includes classrooms, laboratories, media center, kitchen and dining, athletic fields and buildings as well as administrative offices. The scope of work also includes extensive site work and landscaping. This project was awarded because of the great job the Allstate team did on the Hillsborough High School project.
