University/College Projects - Bellamy This remodeling effort for a seven-story academic facility was accomplished over a five-phase construction sequence. Areas adjacent to each phase remained fully occupied and operational as the work progressed. The primary focus was replacement of the building mechanical systems, along with major electrical system upgrades, interior space remodeling, ADA and life safety improvements, restroom upgrades, and communication/data system improvements. Though notice to proceed was issued one month after the originally proposed start date, we were able to complete the project on time. Click on the images below for a larger view.
