University/College Projects - Lee Hall The Lee Hall project was a historical renovation where Allstate completely gutted the building and re-constructed Academic, Administrative, and Theatre Space. The scope of work included indoor water fountains, acoustical ceiling treatments, classroom and administrative spaces, a 1400 seat theatre with full stage and balcony as well as complete lighting and sound system.
