University/College Projects - Oglesby This challenging renovation was completed by the Allstate Team while maintaining a safe environment for 20,000 plus students passing through the complex each day. Phase One Construction included replacement of approximately 60,000 s.f. of roofing. Phase Two provided for utility upgrades, asbestos abatement and the construction of a new food services court. Phase Three completed the project with accessibility upgrades, bathroom renovations, a complete renovation of the third floor of the activities building for student government facilities and renovations for new conference and meeting room space.
