Carl Frank Minteer was born on July 2, 1954 in Edinburgh, Pennsylvania to James and Fay Minteer. Frank was the eighth of nine children; his older siblings are Louise, Viola, Fred, Ruth, Sis, Jim, and Bill and the youngest was Tom.
Frank spent three years in the United States Air Force from 1973 to 1976 where he hooked up the arming system on B-52 bombs. After leaving the Air Force, Frank eventually relocated to Tallahassee, Florida where in 1987 he opened Billy's Bar, the first of Three successful businesses. Soon to follow was Brothers which opened in October of 1993. After Eleven years in business Frank and Jeff expanded and opened Late Night Liquors in October of 2004. Aside from his business ventures and Jeff Farnell, Frank had five passions: Chuck Taylor's, motorcycles, and his beloved pets Beau, Christina, and Tiffany.
Frank will be remembered for his sly grin, his love of ice cream, his hunger for the open road, and many different ways he touched the lives and hearts of countless people.
